I fell in love with baking standing on a small step stool beside my grandmother, watching her hands turn simple ingredients into magic. The kitchen was our playground — full of flour-dusted counters, stories shared over stirring bowls, and the sweet smell of cookies cooling on the table. What started as childhood wonder turned into a lifelong passion, leading me to pursue formal training and graduate from baking school. Today, I’m proud to share that same joy through my gourmet cookies — each one made with the heart, creativity, and tradition that my grandmother first taught me.
